Design Meeting: Next, we present you with a 3D rendering of your future deck to help you visualize the end result confidently. During this meeting we will utilize sample materials and apply them to the rendering, making any additional tweaks to the design you might suggest.
Quote: Once you’re happy with your rendering, we will provide you with a thorough and transparent quote that will include a materials list, and price for installation.
Pre-construction: If you accept this quote, we will acquire building permits, tear out your previous deck, organize the materials delivery, install footings and prep the site for construction.
Construction: Our crew will arrive at a prescheduled date to get to work, feel free to ask questions to the site supervisor as we go.
Final Inspection: We return for a final walk of the completed deck with you, to ensure we have met your expectations and ensure we’ve left the site in a clean, orderly condition.
